The session will focus on helping healthcare organization rethink their approach to staffing. We'll dig into pros/cons of different staffing models including maintaining the status quo, outsourcing overseas, utilizing "virtual assistants", staff augmentation services and hybrid models encompassing a blend of the before mentioned.
