Session Summary:
Engaging the workforce is vital to organizational success. With the U.S. unemployment rate recently hitting the lowest mark since the late 1960’s, competition for talent is fierce. The responsibility of leaders of the organization is to ensure they are creating the right environment where employees feel valued, doing purposeful work and making a difference. This session will give leadership tips and tactics that will have the greatest impact on improving employee engagement and resulting bottom line.
